Our model RD-E5 RunDry Evaporator™ are a favorite for customers who generate small amounts of mop water, floor scrubber water or air compressor condensate. These units are environmentally friendly, economical to operate and easy to use for wastewater streams of 5 gallons per hour or 19 Liters/hour. Maybe you are thinking that you generate 15 gallons per hours of wastewater but only for 4 hours per day, twice a week. This evaporator would be great for this application because the wastewater can be stored in a poly-tank and evaporated off over a couple days. Click here for many more applications.

The evaporation tank holds 55 gallons or 210 liters. The RunDry Evaporator™ unit can evaporator all your water and only leave waste behind. The waste is easy to clean out with our lift-out sludge tray.

The stainless construction exceeds most customer’s needs, however other alloys are available if the nature of your wastewater dictates it.

The unit has a capillary driven thermostatic control that is backed up by a high temperature shutdown for the safest operation.

The RD-E5 RunDry Evaporators™ has an evaporation rate of 5 gallons per hour or 19 liters per hour. This is based on clean water at ambient temperature. Please note that clean water evaporates at 212°F or 100°C, however as you introduce waste products to your water it can alter the boiling point. It is simple to adjust the operating temperature to accommodate your wastewater, but you should be aware that it may have a slight impact on your evaporation rate.
